Tammy earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in 2009, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. She further advanced her education by completing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and earning her certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in 2020. In 2021, Tammy and her husband, Devin, fulfilled a shared dream by opening Fuse Medical in their hometown of London, KY. This independent practice reflects Tammy’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of her community.
Tammy’s extensive career spans specialties in cardiology, family practice, and urgent care, culminating in her leadership at Fuse Medical. Previously, she co-owned Physicians Express Care until 2012, where she gained valuable experience in running a successful healthcare practice.
As an Assistant Professor at Frontier Nursing University since 2012, Tammy has shared her expertise with future generations of healthcare providers, publishing multiple articles on clinical practice and education. Her dedication to lifelong learning earned her the distinction of becoming a Certified Nurse Educator in 2019.
Tammy specializes in treating individuals with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and attention deficit disorders. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. Additionally, as co-owner of Fuse Restoration Living, Tammy works tirelessly to support individuals in recovery, helping them rebuild their lives and successfully reintegrate into society.

With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Devin Whitehead is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner known for his compassionate approach and expertise in managing chronic illnesses and providing inclusive care. Devin’s journey in healthcare is defined by his commitment to understanding the unique needs of each patient and delivering care that empowers them to live their healthiest lives.

After the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Devin and his wife, Tammy, decided to return to their hometown and pursue their shared vision of creating a healthcare practice rooted in community care. In 2021, they opened Fuse Medical, where Devin continues to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. His expertise, combined with a genuine commitment to building lasting relationships with his patients, makes him a trusted provider for individuals and families in the London, KY, area.
In his personal life, Devin is devoted to his family. He is happily married to Tammy, and together they have built a life filled with love and purpose. Cheyenne Hamblin, PMHNP-BC is a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than eight years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care. She now provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment to a broad population of both adult and pediatric patients. Cheyenne is committed to delivering high-quality mental health care tailored to the unique needs of each individual she serves. In recognition of her outstanding service to the community, she was named Mental Health Provider of the Year in 2025 in the local area. Outside of her professional role, Cheyenne enjoys spending time outdoors and has a genuine love for people, which is reflected in her warm and caring approach to patient care.

, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse nursing experience. Her clinical background includes geriatrics, corrections, medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, critical care, and behavioral health.
She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Southeast Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union College, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, where she specialized in psychiatric mental health care across the lifespan.
Bobbie provides comprehensive psychiatric services, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning. Her clinical interests include the management of ADHD, substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions. She is experienced in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders and takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to prescribing.
She is committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care, working collaboratively with patients to support long-term wellness, improve functioning, and enhance overall quality of life.
Bobbie previously served as a nursing instructor, where she was dedicated to mentoring and preparing future nurses, and she continues to value education as an important part of her practice.

With experience as a Recovery Specialist since 2019, I've empowered clients to reach their goals both individually and in group settings. Having dedicated myself to various healthcare roles since the age of 18, I've developed a deep understanding of patient care and support. My passion lies in advancing my career through an advanced practice degree, where I aim to continue my journey of helping the recovery community. As a mother to four girls, they motivate me to always work hard and give 100 percent, fueling my dedication to making a positive impact in both my personal and professional life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University in 2014 and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University in 2025. Quinn brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and organizational expertise to her role, allowing her to effectively coordinate care and support clients throughout their treatment journey. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders, and she is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care that promotes long-term recovery and personal growth.
Krystal Philpot, LPCA, is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong commitment to supporting individuals in achieving balanced and sustainable well-being. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in 2022 and her Master of Education in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University in 2025. Krystal has successfully passed the National Counselor Examination and has been actively working in the mental health field since 2020, primarily serving individuals with substance use disorders.
Since 2022, she has worked as a Targeted Case Manager, providing comprehensive support to clients within the SUD population. Krystal is passionate about empowering clients through compassionate, client-centered care, helping them build resilience, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health and overall quality of life.
Breckan Fox serves as a Director of Recovery Services/ Peer Support Specialist with a strong focus on recovery services. She plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Fuse Restoration Living homes, helping to ensure a stable, structured, and supportive environment for residents. Through her dedication to recovery-oriented care, Breckan works to promote normalcy, accountability, and encouragement for individuals residing in recovery housing. Her commitment to serving others helps foster an atmosphere of respect, hope, and personal growth within the homes.
Josie is a dedicated Targeted Case Manager with one year of direct experience in case management and a strong background in behavioral health. Josie began working in sober living environments in 2022 and has since gained over four years of experience in treatment settings as a substance abuse counselor. Josie earned a bachelor’s degree in Substance Use Disorder Counseling from Union College in 2024, building a solid academic foundation to support clinical practice. Josie is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Education and Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College, demonstrating a continued commitment to professional growth and advancing clinical knowledge.
